Any attempts to scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our platform's early intelligence data are strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify Debutera of any unauthorized use of your account. Furthermore, you represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and that you have the legal authority to represent your B2B entity.
4. Platform Integrity
Debutera strives to maintain high data accuracy; however, given the pre-market nature of our intelligence, we do not guarantee the final status of any tracked opening. Users agree to use the platform in a manner that does not compromise the security or performance of our systems.

All content, intelligence reports, brand data, and scouting information provided through the Debutera service are the exclusive property of Debutera and its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use this information for internal business development purposes only. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These Legal Terms and any disputes arising from the use of Debutera services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in New York County, New York.
